The following represent our financial program offerings:
Frequently, assistive technology equipment, i.e., hearing aids, accessible vehicles, sensory aids, communication devices, and home modifications are extremely expensive. Most traditional lenders limit what specialty equipment they finance and the terms offered on such equipment. KATCO knows how critical such equipment is and knows some equipment has longevity beyond a couple of years. That is why we offer longer terms to eligible borrowers on a case by case basis. Let us...
KATCO is very interested in helping people with disabilities achieve their employment goals either by working for an employer or becoming self-employed. In either case we provide financing to eligible borrower to purchase office and communication equipment, tools of the trade and in some cases supplies in order to help the borrower begin to achieve his or her employment goals.
An AT-IDA is a program* offered through KATCO that provides eligible families and individuals an opportunity to establish matched savings accounts for moneys which may be used for the purchase of assistive technology devices and services.
A TAP Bridge Loan is made to customers who are approved by TAP for a smart phone voucher and do not have the money to buy the phone outright. The loan has a service fee but no interest if paid off within 30 days. It is a quick and easy process, helping those obtain their preferred smart phone in a short amount of time.
